INA, Ill.– Not all engine repair is rocket surgery. With Rend Lake College’s upcoming Small Engine Repair class through Community and Corporate Education, participants will learn some small engine skills that will pay off big back home.
Instructor Larry Journey will show students how to take care of small repairs and maintenance services without any help. Students will also learn the basic repair and replacement of gasoline and engine parts, cooling, tune-up, lubricating, electrical components, and starting systems.
Small Engine Repair will be held in four sessions from 6-8 p.m., Mondays, Feb. 25 through March 18 at the RLC main campus in Applied Science Center Room 104. The registration fee for the class is $40. That’s just $10 per two-hour session!
