INA, Ill. - The 118th Annual Meeting of the Illinois Mining Institute kicked off today at Rend Lake College in Ina. The meeting continues through tomorrow across campus, along with the holding of the Illinois Mine Rescue Association's annual state mine rescue contest outside the college's Sports Center.
