KayZibbyDamronSpeakingWINA, Ill. (Feb. 16, 2018) - Rend Lake College Foundation CEO Kay Zibby-Damron welcomes a room full of ladies to their third annual High Tea event Tuesday afternoon. The event is designed to open dialogue for women to talk about their health while enjoying tasty treats created by students in the RLC Culinary Arts program.
