Open the door to the world of breads in this new two night class! You will learn how to prepare an enriched yeasted dough and create a variety of rolls, braids, knots, and cinnamon rolls. Finish class ready to perfect and enjoy your new recipes, gift them to friends and family, or freeze them for special occasions.
