Being stuck at home doesn’t mean self-improvement has to stop. Rend Lake College is bringing the classroom to you through the new Warrior Workshops initiative.
These workshops are free programming for the entire community. Volunteers and guest instructors will offer entertaining and educational presentations via Zoom that anyone can attend. RLC plans to run the workshops from now until July 31. RLC will continue to add to its list of programming as more people volunteer to present. Continue to check back for more workshops. Upcoming topics include archery, cask iron cooking, gardening, and many more.
Interested in conducting your own workshop? Community members are invited to share their knowledge, skills and talent with others. These topics could be geared towards kids, teenagers, adults, and families. And there is no set format for how you can present. It could be a demonstration, virtual field trip, interactive activity, lecture, etc. If you would like to contribute, email and we will help get you set up with everything you need to conduct the workshop.
THIS LIST WILL BE UPDATED REGULARLY

Join Callie and Chris Lueking for a virtual tour of their flower garden and learn how to arrange your own beautiful, hand-picked bouquet. The 19-year-old majored in Business at Kaskaskia College where she played Basketball and Softball for the Lady Angels. She helps with the marketing and coordinating wedding floral arrangements for the Flower Girls along with her mom and sisters, Kiara & Cassandra Lueking.
