Rhonda Carlton - Head Coach

Rhonda began coaching August 2002, she is from Benton, IL. Rhonda has been coaching for several years. This is her first year at the collegiate level.

In her first year as the Head Coach, Rend Lake had its best season. The Warriors were 36-19 as they finished 2nd in the GRAC, 3rd in the Region 24, 2nd in the John A. Logan Tournament, 2nd in the McKendree tournament, and 1st in the Danville Tournament. Two Rend Lake Players were named to the All-Conference team, 3 players to the All-Region team, and 3 to the first team All Region Tournament.

Rhonda's main purpose is to win while giving players the opportunity to further their education. She works had on placing her players at a 4-year university, so they can further their education and continue to play volleyball. Last year she placed 4 out of 5 players.

Rhonda is a 1993 Murray State graduate with her Bachelor of Science, in the fields of Mathematics and biology.
