TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS

2002 Post Season Awards

This season we finished 35-17 overall. We finished 2nd in the Great Rivers Athletic Conference. We took 2nd in the John A. Logan Tourney (11 teams) where we placed two player on the All Tournament Team. They were Lyndsey Hillyard and Jayme Grant. Our next tournament was at McKendree College it was a sixteen team in which we placed 2nd. Our third tournament was the Danville Tournament, this was a 12-team tournament and Rend Lake Volleyball wins its first ever 1st place trophy in Rend Lake history for volleyball

All Regional Final Four Tournament there we finished 3rd.
Rend Lake places two players to the Great Rivers Athletic Conference All-Conference team this year, Erin Crocker (right-side hitter) and Lyndsey Hillard (setter).
3 players on the All-Region, Erin Crocker, Lyndsey Hillyard, and Sarah Kubiak.
3 players in the All-Tournament team, Erin Crocker, Lyndsey Hillyard, and Sarah Kubiak.
Lyndsey Hillyard received the GRAC Sportsmanship Award.
