There will be crafting for young and old alike with three upcoming course offerings in Franklin County through Rend Lake College’s Community Education Department.
"Kids Crafts: Easter" will be offered from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, in Benton Consolidated High School Room 109. "Kids Crafts: Mother’s Day" will be held Tuesday, May 4, at the same time and location.
According to RLC Community Education Director Dawn Gibson, there will be a variety of craft and cooking projects that require only imagination and enthusiasm. Each course costs $9 plus a $5 supply fee to the instructor.
Participants of these courses will craft items and cook food related to these two holidays.
