Ina-Rend Lake College Community Education invites the public to attend the first ever Stairway to Success Conference on Thursday, October 1st. This event is a unique one-day workshop for those looking for either personal or professional development relating to better understanding relationships.
This all-day conference features three sessions: Dealing with Difficult People, Creating Harmony in the Workplace, and Gimme A Break-I'm Stressed Out.
Dealing with Difficult People will show participants how to understand why some people behave the way they do and learn how to create harmony within the family, church or workplace.
Creating Harmony in the Workplace focuses on learning how to understand the needs and expectations of each personality, strategies for providing different responses, and seeing almost overnight improvement!
Gimme A Break-I'm Stressed Out centers on learning what creates high stress levels for each personality, how each one responds to stress, and strategies for preventing unnecessary stress and managing natural stress in positive ways.
Special guest presenter, Teresa Gilbert, is a talented trainer and facilitator. She has the unique ability to translate complex situations into easily understandable and manageable concepts.
