MUSI 1109 – Fundamentals of Music (3)
A course for the non-music major designed as an introduction to beginning notation, ear training, sight singing and fundamental harmonic study. Emphasis is placed upon practical usage of music theory concepts through the keyboard, recorder and other musical instruments. (Recommended as a transfer course for elementary and special education majors.) * Lecture 3 hours.
