The course will emphasize styles of wine from around the world; theory of matching wine with food, tasting wines, beers and other beverages and organizing wine service. Summer Agricultural Institute
The institute is designed for Preschool-High School educators who wish to expand their curriculum to include topics related to agriculture and meet the core standards set by the state. Discover food and technology in and around Southern Illinois. Learn how to integrate available resources and hands-on activities about agriculture and the environment into existing classroom curriculum. Rend Lake College Radiology Program is offering current radiologic technologists a way to expand their knowledge and skills while earning 30 CE’s all online!
