On the credit page of the official college catalog, it states Rend Lake College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. In March 1999, Rend Lake College was recognized for its efforts and honored by receiving the maximum 10-year accreditation. We are extremely proud, also, of our alumni who have achieved high-profile positions in the fields of medicine, state and federal government, international business, industry and education.
